About Exacard
 
Since May 2010 Exacard provides a prepaid MasterCard for the Dutch market. The Exacard Prepaid MasterCard is a debit card on which consumers must first load it with cash before they can make payments. The consumer can manage his own expenses and there are no restrictions placed on the income or the bad credit situation.
